Talking Gnome toolbar font color

Is it possible to change the color of the font on the Gnome toolbars? If I have a dark background, I don't want the light toolbar, I want it transparent with light letters.

Oh relax, I was just joking.

The only way I know how to do it would be to make the change in the gtkrc file of the theme that you are running. For example, I'm using Clearlooks and the gtkrc file is in /usr/share/themes/Clearlooks/gtk-2.0

Look for a section that looks like the following example.
Code:
text[NORMAL]      = "#000000" # black
text[PRELIGHT]    = "#000000" # black
text[ACTIVE]      = "#ffffff" # white
text[SELECTED]    = "#ffffff" # white
text[INSENSITIVE] = "#b5b3ac" # dark beige
The values in "" are hexadecimal representations of various colors.

This link explains it all in much more detail.
