Gnome Panel items

On the Gnome desktop, when you Right-Click on the Bottom Panel -
you can see "Help" and "About Panels".

I want to remove these 2 items.
OR
Just disable the Right-Click on the Bottom Panel.

How do you do that?

I'm not aware of any way to do what you want, but the two goals you give seem someone inconsistent.

If you disable 'help' and 'about panels' (if that's even possible) then you're not disabling any of the functionality of the panel that allows it's appearance to be altered. Users will still be options available to add items to the panel, move the panel or even delete the panel. I don't see the point in just disabling 'help' and 'about panels'.

If you disable right click entirely then you are preventing users will not be able to move the panel or delete the panel or add items to the panel.

What exactly is it that you're trying to achieve?
