Gnome Menu --- Extract Here

On my most recent reinstall, I decided to not load the entire Gnome megapackage, but just the core, then add the pieces I really used. I'm very happy with the result except for one thing.

When I have an archive file (.tar, .bz2, etc) on the machines to which I installed the megapackage, I right click on it and one of the options is "Extract Here." I have gotten to like the convenience of not needing to use the command line for that extraction, but I don't know what Gnome package provides it. It is not gnome-system-tools or gnome-utils. Anyone know?
