gdm nopasswd login: impossible to set DE, language and layout

In latest version of gdm, when login without password(by adding to nopasswdlogin group), it is impossible to set DE, language and layout, because gdm login instantly after click to user, without choice options. If login with password authentication it is possible to set DE, language and layout. I think setting DE, language and layout must be independently of authentication method(with password, without password). It is possible?
