French Canadian Keyboad Layout in x.org

I'm trying to use the French Canadian keyboard layout under x.org 7.2
I appear to have selected the right layout but the AltGr key isn't working properly

Section "InputDevice"
Identifier "Keyboard1"
Driver "kbd"
Option "XkbRules" "xorg"
Option "XkbModel" "pc105"
Option "XkbLayout" "ca"
Option "XkbVariant" "fr"
EndSection
