Freezing of Dell GX260
I have installed Ubuntu 9.10 karmic and now my computer frequently freezes as I am working. I am wondering how i can stop this from happening.
I had 8.10 and everything was working just fine.
Any assistance will be appreciated

Graphics are an issue -- see this thread http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...taller-617314/
A good choice for such a machine nowadays is AntiX-M8.5-i686 http://antix.mepis.org/index.php?title=Main_Page (look at the smxi documentation FYI, should you choose to go with it)
Hullo yes its Graphics problem but I dont want to move away from Ubuntu. What can I do to get this problem fixed.
FYI am using 10.04
Try the last release.
From some times should be release even the:
or even try the development release:
This last don't for every day use but only for see if that problem is present or not.
