frame interpolation

Hi,
I'm watching some sopcast streams which are delivered over UDP and hence suffer frame drops. I was thinking that frame interpolation can help. Apparently it's do-able on Windoze:

Any method of doing this on any Linux media players?

Cheers

Chris
