Fluxbox - Problem with Alt-Tab and Firefox Full Screen

Hi,

I'm using Fluxbox as my desktop and Alt-Tab works fine in switching between applications. However, Alt-Tab invoke no response when Firefox or Mplayer is in full screen mode. I'm not sure about Mplayer, but I've read that Alt-Tab should work in Firefox even in full screen mode. I have no problems with Alt-Tab when Acrobat Reader is in full screen.

I've also noticed something:

1. For example, I have xterm and firefox open. If the window focus is on firefox (in full screen) and I press 'Alt-Tab' to switch to the xterm. The focus changes to xterm - ie anything I type, will appear on the terminal, but I'm still seeing firefox on my screen. Does that make sense? The focus has switched to another application but firefox still occupies the foreground of the screen. Any idea?

2.My ~.fluxbox/keys file is as follows:

Shift Tab :MacroCmd {Deiconify LastWorkspace} {NextGroup 0}
Mod1 Tab :MacroCmd {Deiconify LastWorkspace} {NextTab 0}

Mod1 F1 :Workspace 1
Mod1 F2 :Workspace 2
Mod1 F3 :Workspace 3
Mod1 F4 :Workspace 4
Mod1 F5 :Workspace 5
Mod1 F6 :Workspace 6
Mod1 F7 :Workspace 7
Mod1 F8 :Workspace 8
Mod1 F9 :ExecCommand cbrpager
Mod1 F10 :ExecCommand icepodder
Mod1 F11 :ExecCommand firefox
Mod1 F12 :ExecCommand xterm -fa pattern

Mod1 w :Close
Mod1 m :Minimize
Mod1 Shift m :Maximize
None Super_L :RootMenu

And I realised that, in Firefox fullscreen, I can 'Alt-Tab' (NextTab function) to any applications which I've grouped together with firefox, but I cannot switch to the next group of applications using 'Shift Tab'. As like in number 1, the focus switches to the application in the next group, but the program in the first group still occupies the foreground.

I'm using Gentoo. I've also posted this thread in the Gentoo forum. However, there weren't any response there and although I've googled for subject, nobody seems to have the same problem as I do. Could someone please help? Thanks!

What version of fluxbox? What USE flags did you compile it with?

edit - nevermind, you said firefox in fullscreen. I just tried it as well, and yeah, it breaks. I'm assuming MPlayer in fullscreen breaks the same.

Thanks for the feedback. I thought there was something wrong with my installation / configuration
