Question Fedora13 - KDE 4.4.5, KXKB won't change layout if particular layout is selected

I have KXKB configured with System Settings like this:
setxkbmap -option -option terminate:ctrl_alt_bksp,grp_led:scroll,grp:rctrl_rshift_toggle,grp:toggle

I also have three layouts: Russian, English (US) and Georgian

As you see from the kxkb configuration string, I have two shortcuts defined for layout switching:
1) right ctrl + right shift
2) right Alt
the 1)st one works perfectly
the 2)nd one (which I'd like to use always instead of the first) works when switching from Russian and from English, but if current layout is Georgian it doesn't do anything and I have to use the first shortcut (rctrl+rshift) instead.

My layouts are configured like this:
setxkbmap -model logiultrax -layout us,ru,ge -variant ,,
Does anyone have any idea, how to make the ralt shortcut work when in Georgian layout mode also?
