Fedora Core 13.0 installation.?

Hello

I have FC 10.0 on my desktop. Now I want to upgrade it to 13.0. i have FC 13.0 iso file from my one my friend. How should i upgrade my system to FC 13.0 Do i need to burn this file to create a bootable disk?
Is the possible to install linux through my pen drive. What i have to do install linux on my machine through bootable pen drive?
I dont want to burn any CD's or DVD's

Well that's quite a long jump, I wouldn't really recommend trying to upgrade. I'd suggest just saving data in your /home and reinstalling from scratch. If you want to you can "upgrade" without any media at all, just install the new fedora-release rpm and then a yum update will upgrade all relevant packages, but again it's a big jump, and fedora is not designed for long term use, more developer experiments and the likes.

 dd if=<F13.iso> of=/dev/<pen-drive-device> bs=4M

Uuse the proper name for the F13 iso file and the proper device for the pen drive. You won't have a persistent storage file on the pen drive, but since you're just using it for the installation, that won't matter.
