Fedora 20 Cinnamon 2.4.4 How can I add a keyboard shortcut?

Hi group,
Fresh install for Fedrao 20 using Cinnamon for desktop, all most set up my way. I want to make 'Ctrl Enter' exec raise-or-lower function. After some research I had determined that the function does not exist in Cinnamon. So How do I add this function to the list?

You can do this on Menu->System Settings->Keyboard->Keyboard Shortcuts.

On the bottom you will see a "Add custom shortcut".

Now, I don't know if the function you want to add exist for Cinnamon. If it does, you should have no issues.

I'm using Cinnamon as well and so far is doing great. GNome3 ---> BAD!!

Good Luck!

JN
