Question Evolution won't display new mail

I have Evolution ver 2.60 on SuSE Enterprise Desktop 10 and I am connected fine to an MS Exchange Box (employer). The problem is not that I don't know I have new mail... I see - Inbox(1) when new mail arrives/after my client has checked in with the server..... the app will not show it in the mailbox where I can open or preview. Closing Evolution and re-opening seems to cause the mailbox view to then refresh correctly...... closing and re-opening the client is not working for me.

Any ideas ?? Thanks in advance!

Thanks, but I found the answer on Novell's support site.
