I may be stating the obvious, but you do realise that Red Hat is a not a free distro? What you download is a demo; if you want bug fixes and so on later, you have to pay.

just suggestion,
instead of nonfree redhat but you can get the same thing with centos
centos is available for free, its base on redhat, the only things is redhat brand is removed

Yes, CentOS (Community enterprise Operating System) is an RHEL clone. Another option would be Scientific Linux:
