Disable lock session (lock screen) when switch user in KDE 4.x

I use Kubuntu with KDE 4.5.3 and need to disable session locking when using "Switch User" action.
I have disable "Require password" in Screensaver settings, but when I switching user, I see the session locked and must enter passwords every time when I switch. And I can't found any settings about this in KDE4.

How I can disable locking screen and asking password on "Switch User" action?

Go into System Settings, and in System Administration at the bottom, select Login Screen. From there, go to the Convenience tab and enable passwordless logins for all the users on the system. Do not enable an autologin for any user. Then when you switch users, it should not ask for a password. I'm pretty sure that will work, but I haven't tested this because I'm the only user.

This option is too global for me.
I need to leave password protected login to system from KDM, but don't want to got locked screen after each user switch.

If you switch users and the screen is locked, is this not the same as requiring a password to log back in? If its not locked, any user that has switched could then gain access to another user's desktop. If that is not a problem, then what is wrong with a global solution? If you still need the security, I don't understand why a locked screen is a problem.

If I lock my session manually (Ctrl+L), after switch back to it I must see the unlock screen. But when I don't manually do the lock my session, and switch to another from my unlocked session (via "Switch user") and goes back to my session, I want to see it unlocked.
