Desktop Switching
I am running Mandriva 2009 with KDE. There are multiple desktops available such as 1, 2, 3 & 4. When I switch from desktop 1 to desktop 2 is it possible to only show applications from each desktop? If so how do I change this configuration?
Thanks :-)

Confused what you are on about? When you switch displays then the applications being displayed themselves change with the display... what is it you are actually after? what's the problem you are experiencing in, it's hard to say what to do with too little detail as such.

ok, when I am running on desktop 1 all applications are show in the panel or task manager. I would only like to show applications from each desktop in their respective panel or task manager.

I think I know what you mean, I am not sure how to set it at the moment since my linux box is slightly out of action. I am pretty sure it's possible to do however.

Solved
I discovered how to render the situation..
In KDE4, There is an option, if you right click on the panel and choose "Task manager settings", you can choose to show only windows on the current desktop.
