If adding the line "ulimit -n 65535" to /etc/default/dbus fixes this then you're looking at bug 381063. Else see if your ~/.xsession-errors.log (if any), user.log or syslog holds any error messages and search for clues at bugs.launchpad.net.

I found out that the conky was the reason dbus-daemon took so much RAM. So, if i now add this line do i have to put it in the line PARAMS="". Thx for answer
