D.N.S Issue


Hello Friends......
I have problem with my D.N.S.
I have installed RHEL5.1, i have configured everything as correct , but when i am trying to ping with Host name anther system it says UNKNOWN HOST.
I have config fils in etc\ config.

If the hostname/FQDN which you're trying to ping is configured as authoritative in your system, then is the local resolver configured to use 127.0.0.1/localhost as the name servers in /etc/resolv.conf ?

Paste your /etc/resolv.conf and the DNS zone file.
