Cross compiling utftpd for arm


I have downloaded the utftpd package utftpd-0.2.4. Have compiled the same for desktop using ./configure and make scripts. How do i cross compile the package for arm linux. I have arm gcc cross compiler package installed on my desktop.
Please advice
