Creating bootable CDROM from a bootable USB drive

I have a bootable USB drive. How can I prepare a bootable CD from the USB drive? I am using Linux and Linux Cd tools.

I am trying with a USB which has Linux os based on redhat el. USB has extlinux as boot manager.

I have tried with mkisofs tools, however if you have any other advice I can try.
