Contributing a GNOME Desktop Background

I've created a screen background (wallpaper) from a photo I took.
Does anyone know how I can contribute this to the GNOME community?

I don't want any money for it and no need to attribute it to me. I just want to make it freely available for anyone who wants it.

If I right-click on the screen and choose 'Change Desktop Background' and then click on the link 'Get more backgrounds online' I am taken to http://art.gnome.org/backgrounds/.
Once there, I can't find any link for contributing new backgrounds. Can anyone help please?
