configuring konqueror

Hi! I just want to ask help on how to configure konqueror. I updated my system and it updated konqueror. After being updated, konqueror opens to 3 tabs(websites actually). Its just so annoying because it eats up my bandwidth even before I find what Im looking for. I know its just 3 clicks to make them go away, but its still very troublesome and IRRITATING.
Please help.

After changing to how you want the browser to appear when started eg. go to a certain web page for instance or a blank page even then in the Settings menu choose the Save View Profile "Web Browsing" nowopen a new instance of the browser and it should use whatever you have just set in the profile.
