Clone Screen Independant Screen Resolutions


Ok, im no guru by any means....

Running Ubuntu 7.04 64bit

I run clonescreen mode with the crt @ 1280x1024 the tv clones the crt, is there anyway i

can reduce the resolution on the tv in clone mode to say 800x600 while the crt is still

1280x1024.?

Sounds simple enough... windows can do it :O spose linux cant..?

Can someone help ?

Am running a Nvidia GFX card

spec:s

64bit athlon

7600GS HDTV 256DDR2
