Automatix

Where can I download Automatix (current edition) for Debian?

XavierP 04-05-2007 06:57 AM

http://www.debcentral.org/modules/ne...hp?storyid=235 - which was the first result of a Google search for "automatix debian"

It isn't there. When I click the link to Ubuntu Forums, it says the requested thread does not exist. The other package you can get I installed...(the one on the page you sent me to)

I installed the debconfig.db file, but where is it? And is it Debian's version of Automatix?

I don't know what you are talking about. I don't see anything about automatix. Please note that if it is a deb file, that works, but commands are different in Debian then they are in Ubuntu.

but I don't think you should use it or you'll be redoing your source list among other things as well.... It did not work for me

Mmm, maybe...is there another way to install Frostwire without using Automatix? Like a debian file or something?
