Annoying Paste Dialog in LO Calc

In LibreOffice v. 4.2.7.2, I get dialog whenever I try to paste a number in a Calc spreadsheet that asks me to "Select a Language for Import" and gives me a choice between "Automatic" and "Custom," with "Automatic" selected.

You can see a screenshot here.

I want to make it go away, but haven't been able to find a way to do so in the settings. I'm wasting a slew of mouse clicks.

Does anyone know where LO has hidden an "automatic all the time" setting?

From just a simple CTRL-V?

What's the format for the cells?

And funny I did a CTRL-1 to look at my formatting and look a default language showed up. I wonder if your problem has something to do with the formatting of the cells.

From both CTRL-V and from right-click paste.

Oh, I missed your first question. The cells are formatted for times. I use them for storing elapsed times of my bike rides.

Note that I've been building the same spreadsheet since 2012. I am certain that this is a version related issue.
