This is a Linux for older computers — and it's Spanish! It runs in 128MB.

Here's my review

Linux Mint is easier — we usually recommend that for beginners. Almost any Linux can be installed to work in Spanish, but Mint has a Spanish installation guide and forum:

The Mate version of Mint will run in 512MB.

When you install Linux, it will detect Windows. After installing, when you start the computer you get a screen where you can choose between Linux and Windows.

If you are going to put Linux alongside Windows, this guide to making partitions is useful

If you post the specifications of your computer, more specific suggestions might be possible. Most distros post their minimum requirements somewhere on their main websites.

Debian is extremely stable and is excellent for a server OS. CentOS, which is based on RHEL, is specifically designed as a server OS. Ubuntu is based on Debian testing; it's a nice distribution, but it releases a new version twice a year, which might not be ideal for a server, but its LTS (long-term support) releases would certainly be acceptable.

Kali is for penetration testing (often shortened to "pen-testing") and is completely unsuited for a server OS. It could likely be made to work, but doing so wouldn't be worth the effort.

Some suitable distros for low resource computers :-

AntiX - http://antix.mepis.com/index.php?title=Main_Page
Easy to use Debian based distro, uses very little ram.

These are smaller distros, not quite so easy for a beginner, but worth a look.
