A very basic question about the Kate editor.


The length of the TAB (indent) in Kate is 8 by default.
How can I set it to 4 ?

I didn't find any place in the settings to do this.

try looking harder. i found it after 5 seconds :P
Settings >> Configure Kate >> Editor / Editing >> Tab width

Oh G ! You are right - ... Why didn't I see it.
I looked at this dialog box several times, but did see it (may be still asleep .. or different version since I was using another machine).
