32 or 64 Bit?

I've got a build I'm doing that will use a Core 2 Duo E8400 Processor. The processor says it supports 64 bit. It will be overclocked on a Gigabyte DS3L mobo. Is it worthwhile to install a 64-bit OS, or to the problems outweigh the advantages? I really don't need more than 8GB of RAM. I've only got 2GB to start with.

Any thoughts?

I think the breaking point is 4GB... If you're not going to go that high or higher, then you don't really need 64-bit. And if this is going to be a standard desktop machine that you'll be web-browsing with, then get some plugins (i.e. Flash) to work on a 64-bit system are kind of kludgey.
