usb Printer Problems

I'm new to Deepin an loving it! The only problem I have ist my usb-printer. My Samsung ML-1660 is plugged in but not detected in the printer configuration (but the drivers are all there).
I tried different settings. What do I have to enter in the "Device URI"-field?
Thanks for any help!

Edit: OK, slight change in problems: printer was recognized at a different usb-plug: now I managed to print one page. I tried to print the document a second time: no response (still "processing" after 10 minutes).

What kind of program did you use to execute the print work. By libreoffice? Did you install other Linux distribution. Please test the same print action if you have, and see whether there is the same problem.

Yes, I tried to print in Libreoffice. Unitil now I worked on Ubuntu and Linux Mint without any inconvenience. Now I fetched an older printer (Lexmark, this one) and this time the recognition worked flawlessly. I think, I'll stick to this printer for now.
