Bluetooth Manager in Deepin 2014

So far, so good with installing Deepin 2014 on my Toshiba Satellite U845T-S4165 ultrabook. However, one thing I can't figure out on here is how to connect Bluetooth devices (namely, an MS Arc Touch Surface mouse) or even see if it detects the Bluetooth adapter on my laptop. Is there a Bluetooth manager built into Deepin or is there any particular software I should install from the Deepin Store to manage Bluetooth?

Hi!
1. Your Terminal output of :
Code:
sudo hcitool dev
shows you if your adapter is recognized [12 digits of a hexadecimal number], e.g.:
Code:
Devices:
        hci0 77:42:1D:A5:17:81
2. Maybe you find a hint in
