Battery always stuck at 100% in a Toshiba C55-B5200 with Deepin 15.4

Hello, I recently installed Deepin version 15.4 to my Toshiba laptop, I like the distro and I've had minimal problems with it but a really annoying quirk that I noticed is that the battery manager always displays 100% charge. I ussually find these kind of issues on past posts in forum but I haven't found anything like this in my search.

In case this is relevant my hardware specs are:
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-4005U CPU @ 1.70GHz
STORAGE: KINGSTON SUV400S37240G

All the other hardware is the default parts from this Toshiba model as for Software I've only installed synaptic package manager and ruby on rails (rvm, ruby and rails).

I tried checking the battery status through the terminal and it shows this(http://imgur.com/a/Mtt8I):

The first run of upower was made while its connected and the other one was made while being disconnected, as you see there's no difference.

Any idea why this could be happening?
