I'd think finding an on-line course is one option. (costs money) There are likely to be several books covering the work as well, (more money) you may get a "free" DVD of a past version of Red Hat with the book to install and work from. As Red Hat is a "Support paid for" Distribution I'm not so sure.
For Red Hat 7 you can get the free compatible Centos 7 version which would probably suit as a training version.
Have you tried Googling for answers to your questions?
