The developer courses do not have exams attached to them, are you sure it is developer courses you are looking for?

Can you get a job being RHCT or RHCE

I was looking at the Red Hat site, and I was considering taking the courses. I would like to know if the Job market is interested at all in Certification although having no college degree. What are the chances of landing a job with no experience, but only being RHCT or RHCE? Would I just get alot of expensive information that I could have otherwise found free on the web? Has anyone any experience with the Cert? I am ready for a career change.
