I want to give the RHCE exam can you please the exam centre of RHCE exam at Delhi,And where can i get the technical questions of RHCE.

for details of test centres, check redhat.com's training section, that's why it exists. and we will not tell you the questions. that's called cheating.

no, you asked for "the technical questions"... there aren't any questions though... that's not what the RHCE exam consists of... it's a practical exam, not a list of questions and tick boxes.
