Linux+ Guide by Eckert - Answers?

Hiya

I have a copy of Linux+ Guide to Linux Certification by Eckert and Schitka.

At the end of each chapter there are some test questions. I wondered if the actual answers are on any web site as they are not in the book.

Can anyone help?

Also does anyone have an opinion on this book and how useful it is for a guide to the Linux+ exam?

Thanks

Phil

Hi! I'm starting class tonight. Eckert's 2nd edition, from 2005 is $60! I can get the first edition for $15. Will the difference in editions matter? is there a big difference, to anyone that knows? thanks!

If it corresponds to 1st and 2nd edition of the test then it might matter. Many people complained the original Linux+ had too many A+ like hardware questions in it. And security is a hot topic these days. So not surprisingly the latest Linux+ revision places more emphasis on security and less on hardware. Otherwise I hear they're fairly similar.

Linux+ Guide to Linux Certification Second Edition

Hey, Phil, did you ever get an answer to your question about where to find the answers at the end of the chapters? I'm still looking as nobody has replied with a way to get the answers. Let me know if you get an answer? Thanks!
