Hey my friend, you should check HP's Education team then.
Go at the HP.com site and search for seminars.
They're doing exams for seminars and online ofcourse.

You can always call your local HP support and ask them to give you the phone for the education dept.

They are quite expensive though..

I checked that. This is a new point. I was thinking about either Linux+ or LPI level1....
but I am confused. and dont know what to do??? I am not getting "exact course" and material even.

If you take the LPI route there are some resources at: http://www.penguintutor.com/certification.php.

In particular the IBM materials are written as though they are course notes. It does not however provide a proper computer based training course, but does highlight all the important areas you need to look at.

You can then take some of the practice exams and see if you feel confident enough to take the exam.

You still need to turn up at a test centre for the exam, but it's possible to pass LPI through reading books / online free documents and through hands on using a Linux system.

Hi, vkmgeek.

I have just passed Linux+ (today). After a couple of years of installing (several versions), using and trying to get things working in Linux, it didn't take me that long to prepare. I booked in at a local test center, and used Roderick W. Smith's Linux+ Study Guide from Sybex, which I found pretty good.

Good Luck,
Rob
