Hi: & Welcome to Linux Questions!

If you want you can train online with Red Hat-
http://www.redhat.com/training/certifications/rhce/

Depending on your location your local College or University should have the courses to obtain your Certified Engineer RHCE.

Depending on your case your employer might give you financial favor if you ask.

Another option would be to purchase the Red Hat book that prepares you for the exam and go to a testing center and challenge the exam.

I highly recommend the "Practical Guide to Fedora And Red Hat Enterprise Linux."
I have had great success reading it!

There are a lot of computer training schools-

Good luck and best regards:-
