Win4Lin is a way of running Windows as a process on Linux.. last I knew it was only running Windows98, but would probably work for your purposes.
If WineX works for whatever your running it usually works OK, but generally isn't 100%. It also doesn't work on a wide variety of programs.. I found it ran less programs than WINE last time I compared them.
