Many cdroms and floppies

Hi all,

I installed Linspire in a multiboot box.
When I login into Linspire and looked at My Documents, I saw 3 cdroms devices ( cdrom, cdrom1, cdrom20 and 2 Floppies ( floppy and floppy1) in listing.
I can not access cdrom neither floppy.
How can I prevent this to happened ?

FYI :
Mobo K7SEM with AMD 1,400+ , VGA and Sound onboard
192 MB RAM
40GB Hard disk

check your fstab file (/etc/fstab), this is where to my knowledge these mountpoints are defined.If they are than probably there's an "auto" option; when you clear that, the mountpoints aren't mounted automatically the next boot.

Thanks openmindit for your suggestion.
Will scan my /etc/fstab for entries like that and remove them and boot again.
