Question Freespire run like Linspire?

Does Freespire open deb install files the same way Linspire does? And does Freespire include Java 2 Runtime?

Might be wise to hold off a bit, my friend.

There have been a couple of test versions since Freespire 1 was released, the second of which was based on ubuntu rather than Linspire. I couldn't get that to work.

Linspire seems to have stopped being in the distro world and is concentrating on the CNR installer/uninstaller for multiple operating systems.

Try downloading the Freespire 2 Alpha 1 (not the ubuntu based one) and I think it may create a nice big smile I liked it.
