[SOLVED] Links to Gentoo Handbook all fail

Retired, now, I find that I have more time to play around with Gnu/Linux. Several years ago, I actually built a Gentoo box, and I thought I'd like to do it again. Only this time actually HAVE the time to really get into it.
However, all the links to the Gentoo Handbook fail. And when I try to go to http://www.gentoo.org , that fails as well. Did Gentoo go by the wayside?

The server must have been down temporarily. About 45 minutes ago, the links would connect. I am now just un-tarring the stage 3 tarball. Thanks.
