Gentoo 10.0 Live DVD

This is really exciting and I can't wait to test this out and report any bugs. It's currently downloading [just started], I wanted to know if there is an option to install this to HDD ? I will be testing this first within Vbox, but wanted to know if it's possible to do a full hard disk install.

Thanks

your guess is as good as mine but traditionally it is so I'm gonna say yes. Either way thanks for the heads up on the release, I'm going to try it asap.

*edit*
I actually made it to a desktop. Unfortunately no mouse so I'm gonna try again later with a different mouse. Anyway short story long it is an installer.

No, the Live DVD does not include an installer. You could use it to do a regular Gentoo install;
Gentoo Quick Install

Yeah but i'm better off using the ~80mb minimal live cd, besides you can use any live cd to install gentoo.

Personally I think the new LiveDVD is still buggy and SLOW & IMHO sucks the big one. They need to look at the success of Fabio's Sabayon LiveDVD's for a good example of how a Live distro should work.

I didn't get the time to test it yet, but after seeing your post I'm going to stay away further. Thanks.
