XBox 2 PowerPC Processor Hints ? on www.Macrumors.com

I was reading this article on the macrumors.com website and thougt that I think the vole (Microsoft) may strike Apple below the belt with the XBox 2. What with the XBox 2 running on PowerPC Processors, MS may position the XBox2 as a replacement of the MiniMac, by altering the XBox to run MacOS X.

By doing this, they will have blown a hole in the Apple ship.

What do you guys think ?

no, xbox is just a console. i guess ms made this move to hinder development of freeware media editions for xbox in order to sell their own. i am quite sure xbox2 will not run os x under any circumstances.
imagine, user buys xbox2, finds out that it can run os x, does some warez-crap, installs os x and finds out that it is far better than his windows. after that, he buys a mac.

ms would never want anyone to try mac. that´s just a step in the wrong direction.
