Windows XP Question


Anyone know if XP saves your cache and history from Explorer like 98 and the previous versions of windows did ?

Well, they'll certainly learn when they bring Palladium out, lol. Palladium could be the best thing to happen to the Linux community in years.

Palladium is going to be M$'s new DRM (Digital Rights Management) mechanism that will be built into Longhorn. From all that I've heard about it, it's going to combine low-level code built into the kernel with code hardwired into motherboards/hard drives/CD/DVD drives which will supposedly verify digital media as being from the original author. Of course, if M$ can't convince the hardware manufacturers to implement it, it's all going to fall through anyway, but they can probably rely on their bosom-buddies intel to implement it on their products.
