Dear sandipnavate123,

As you are new to this forum, first of all I would like to advise you to write your problem in subject line instead of generic "Help!!!Please". Secondly you have to give some more details about your problem.

I could not get it what actually are you seeing.

Please give step by step details like how your system used to start up before installing Ubuntu and what is happening afterwards.

Moved: This thread is more suitable in <non-*NIX - General> and has been moved accordingly to help your thread/question get the exposure it deserves.
I have also renamed the thread so that the title represents your problem.

To your actual problem, Windows by default restarts the system if a bluescreen appears, which isn't very helpful when trying to fix an error. You can stop that behavior when you press F8 (possibly several times, you need to be fast) directly after pressing Enter on the Windows entry in your bootloader. This should bring up the Windows boot menu, where you can choose an entry like "Disable automatic restart" or something similar. This will let Windows boot without restarting when the bluescreen appears. You will see a couple of long hexadecimal numbers on that bluescreen, the most important is the first one, which determines which error actually occurred. Please post that number here.
