Who can give me an advice?

I cought adware. Norton didn't help me to remove it. It says there's no
viruses. I see pop-ups everytime. Is there any better antivirus?

You seem to be referring to Windows. An anti-virus won't help you much. Download Ad-aware from download.com and scan your system for possible adware.

By any chance, do you plan to dual boot?

Yes, use Linux.

There is a program for Windows called Ad-Aware, found here somewhere. And also SpyBot which can be found here. Another useful tool for Windows is Hijack This, available here

Norton is terrible in my opinion, it does not use system resources wisely but I am afraid I do not have an alternate for you, sorry. There are a few online antivirus scanners though. Don't ask me how good they are though.

Ask norton support? Maybe they have a forum?

Or reinstall.
(no, really..)

As this is a Windows question, I have moved it to General

I'd agree with johngreenwood... use Linux.

However, on the Windows machines that I deal with, I install AVG Free Edition Anti-Virus software. It's works very well and is Freeware for personal use.

AVG Free Edition

I also highly recommend Spybot Search & Destroy and Ad-Aware.

Spybot S&D

Ad-Aware

These are the first three applications that I install on ANY/ALL machine(s) that I put Windows on. If I could ever manage to convert all of my computer-illiterate family members to Linux, it would save me a good deal of download and update time. Not to mention the problem troubleshooting that I have to constantly perform for them.

Have we all been played? Googling for the first line of the OP gives:

I have seen a few of these recently and I can't tell what the point is - testing a spambot maybe?? Anyway, this is closed. MondayGirl - if you are a human being, please contact me to discuss reopening the thread. Cheers all.
