Which Search Engine do you use the most often?

1. Google
2. Bing
3. Yahoo Search
4. Ask
5. Others, you name it.

I use google and bing about the same amount. I don't prefer one or the other.

I use duckduckgo! It offers https connections and no tracking. I recommend it.

It's a useless question and at least shouldn't have asked in Linux - Newbie forum. Use General forum for such question which are actually not Linux oriented.

clusty.com for me. Clustered results in case you (rarely) don't find what you look for on the first page of results.

Only duckduckgo. I gave up on Google after the time I searched for bookcases and got hayracks.

What about ixquick.com. I use them regularly and they do a god job.

druuna 12-20-2012 03:28 PM

Mainly duckduckgo, ixquick for the rare occasions I need a picture search.

Startpage.com (ixquick in the UK). Been my default choice for four or five years.

Ixquick's image search is seemingly a better option than my current solution (DDG: !gi Linus Torvalds). Thanks for the tip!
