Which Email Service may be recommended?
Hello, I came across a fantastic page today, which is as follows:
Shame on Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo
Used hotmail for ?20? years now it is hijacked by outlook. I get blocked trying to sign in to hotmail now unless I give them more info. Yahoo also wants more info. Both want my cel # ... good f luck. Gmail destroyed its credibility. They came on the scene and won customers because of their defence of the little guy against the poor ethics and privacy of the big email providers. Now Gmail is one of the big guys and hardly a paragon of virtue anymore. I'm looking for an email provider with integrity. Wish me luck ... I'm also looking for the pot at the end of the rainbow, and the meaning of life and ....
Mail.com a Joke
Mail.com is a joke. I just signed up today with Mail.com and I was never able to sign in. 10 hours later I tried to sign in and its saying my account has been blocked. Their a joke! So hard to find good service now days.
Gmail is Crap
Opened a Gmail account on my smart phone as part of the setup, NEVER used the mail BUT ever since keep getting texts that I have mail, NON STOP, its got to the point I have to put my phone on silent and I miss important texts etc because of this, American spy crap, even when you disable text alerts it still happens, weird yes, totally crap yes, DO NOT USE THIS SHIT.

Pretty much all the majors
Okay, so I'm weird. I use AIM (AOL email), Gmail, Yahoo, and Hotmail (Outlook). I use my various accounts for different purposes (when I can), such as personal mail, contests, a little business, and as catch-alls for everything. I'm pretty much satisfied with what I do with each of them, but not totally happy with any. Please give due consideration to my first sentence. Good luck to all.
I've use Yahoo e-mail since 1994 and loved it right up to this year! This provider loves change probably as a result of new-hires without any real experience. Stay away!!
How can you not see that Gmail is trying to expand to listen to every word said? This is the only purpose they want to add everything on one site Gmail! This is from the states, Part of the coming beast power if you understand some religious prophesy. We personally say they can keep their site and we will be moving on, Besides, they have serious issues they won't fix when mentioned. Go try it and see how frustrating it can be. You'll wished you never were on Gmail. They combine emails when sent and make common folders that do not relate, You trash something and other emails follow into the trash Then try to find something you were working on, You don't know of it's gone or where it is. Probably in their search and listen file! Their head needs fixing and to be filter through a bucket of dung! No words can describe ignorance when they do not listen yet they say they do? Not a chance!
Disgusted with companies screwing up
why try to fix email that's not broke?? I have used msn forever now they switched Hotmail to Outlook (never heard of it by the way) and I cannot access my email at all. Called the only # I found but to help me they were going to charge me for the call. I'm on disability and just put my last $10 in my gas tank today. Of course, gas is going up too. FYI: Outlook is on your list...you need their help to get with them so I suggest you remove them from your list! they will charge you to help you fix it. I'm not a tech but know my way around a computer but this is ridiculous to be totally blocked out of my email. I am furious. Everyone I deal with has my MSN email address. How will they know if I change when I can't even get my contact info. This is crap corporation bullshit!!
Use a couple email services
I have tried and used a lot of different free email services, but currently right now I use 2 email services. 1. Yahoo mail 2. Gmail. Both are pretty good with things like spam and keeping things organized. I tried email services like aol mail and zoho, but they did not work out for me.
Gmail is a traitor. Don't trust Yahoo either. AT&T probably spies on you. You cannot trust any of them. Who's left?
Hate the "new" Outlook/Hotmail
I've used hotmail for years; although I didn't like the way spam kept getting through to my inbox no matter how many times I notified the co. that it was "junk," I stuck with it. Then they changed their setup which only made things worse. Now the columns on the page keep expanding and contracting almost as though they're breathing - heavy breathing at that - and you can't delete the irritating commercial column anymore, plus I simply do not like the new "look" or the way it works. I'm going shopping for something else. Think I'll try gmail. P.S. Yahoo isn't any better.
No good emails exists anymore
If you search for free email addresses, all blatant fraud is everywhere the same claiming that gmail, outlook and yahoo are the best whereas they are patently the worst with – MOST IMPORTANTLY – the worst privacy abuses. I tried every imaginable emails online and all of them work as a band of extortionists, spare Lycos, which is outright criminal because it does not tell you that step 3 of the opening new email is your agreement to their fascist exertion of cell phone as if everyone had it and just hand it to them. I understand that brainless youngsters, who do not comprehend the whole concept of privacy, would not know what I am talking about, but it does not change anything. I am unable to find a single email online, which would not try to racketeer personal information one way or the other – and I even tried foreign services as well. What happens next then? I would go away from internet entirely if I cannot use email for its intended purposes and not being locked out of it unless I

Yahoo, Gmail, Outlook
They all suck. They use the cloud, and that puts us in danger from all hackers.
Juno sucked, switched to Opera mail
Juno was nice a decade ago when there was no advertisements. Now it's horrible with flashing ads in you face from top, bottom and side! Stay away from that one. I switched to Opera mail. No ads at all. Simple just the way I wanted it. Shows it still exists out there. We just need to look! Of course it might not be perfect for everyone, but for those who just need a simple email with no fuss, this is it. Tried to get Roxxmail (it takes 2 days to be approved, after 3 days still no news). All the other providers are full of advertisements and will ever have anything from me again. Hushmail seemed nice, but complicated if you email to someone that doesn't use the same email provider.
—Guest tired of advertisements
Hotmail is now complete garbage with Yahoo not much better. They have both deleted spell check, or hidden it, and in this day & age when kids can not spell to save them selves it's a real disgrace, but this is what we can continue to expect from USA.

New Sucks, Old Works
I’ve used Hotmail and Yahoo email services for a long time. I dislike many of the so-called improvements they are making. My family, friends, and coworkers already know my information and I don’t want other people knowing this information. These services are increasing privacy and improving security so why do they make me feel like I’m being monitored and losing all of my privacy by using their services. I no longer recommend their services for people who want or need genuine privacy. People can easily find information online so I don’t want to be required to share my private information because of their policies.
