Well I guess we are lucky to an extent in the South.
In North India at this time of the year temperatures reach around 45-47 Celcius.
There have been reports in the media of heat-related deaths so I think this summer has been particularly harsh. It is expected that at this time of the year we have a few summer showers, but this year it has been conspicuous by its absence.
Sorry I'm asking, but I wonder why many people use "Celcius" instead of "Celsius". After all, the name of the scientist was Anders Celsius. See a biography at http://www.astro.uu.se/history/Celsius_eng.html
Well, in Southern California, USA it's usually always sunny... Even though we had almost all-time record rainfall It's really not enough for me. I have lived here all my life and it's just too darn sunny all the time. I would like some adverse weather once in awhile, Wind, Rain, Hail, (not snow)... Maybe I should just move north... Hmmm Maybe Eureka....

I'd rather have that than the weather we have in the Ohio Valley in Kentucky. The last couple of days has been a blessing (Sunny, mild around 85 degrees..) but its either too hot and muggy, or we get nasty storms, and in the winter time its COLD! I know you may get spoiled by the sun in Cali though.
