Hi,
I get this error when I want to give jamison20000e a +1 for En Vogue You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to jamison20000e again.
I gave three different members +1 reps successfully but it won't allow me to give to jamison20000e. I don't know what the system is talking about, it's been many days since I gave jamison20000e a +1 rep

Yeah, I've experienced the same before. I think you have to give reputation to several members after you have given reputation to someone by clicking on the scale icon. Also, I believe that clicking on the scale icon gives more reputation points than simply clicking on "Did you find this post helpful?". I once had to give reputation to 5 members or more before I could give rep to someone again (I had given him/her rep by clicking on the scale icon, since the post was in General).
