Currently listening to - My 18 GB collection of nothing but metal, heavy metal, and death metal, while completely drugged up on about five different medications. Good times.....

@corp769

Do you know anything similar to Tiamat's album Clouds?. Ifirst started listening to it when it first came out (1992?) And it's still one of my favourite metal albums.

I definitely heard of them, but don't have any of their music currently. Let me go listen and I will get back to you. And you have a PM...

I just cued up a long list of early jazz and blues, and sorted it by date. It's now up to 1931 and has just started a block of Louis Armstrong tracks.

Got a decent mellow going on here.

And now, on the completely opposite side, I'm jamming out to Divine Heresy and Cannibal Corpse. I can never get enough.....

Eurythmics- Sweet Dreams

Proof that you dont need a 1024 track studio to make a great sounding track. IIRC it was done on a 8-track. The video is (IMO) proof that a woman with a orange crew-cut in a suit can look good. Though she looks a lot better with the dress and dark wig.

One of the most simple yet haunting bits of pop every released.

I played that yesterday myself. The whole Are You Experienced album.
I've really got to get my hands on more of his stuff.

I'm playing Todd Rundgren's Hermit of Mink Hollow now.
